Down the Rabbit Hole Project 2209: Week 1

Week one of the October Down the Rabbit Hole project. Four remote viewers, fully blind to the target and to each other's data, log first contact. Process, protocol, and what the team watches before any narrative forms.

A new monthly target went live for the Down the Rabbit Hole remote viewing team this week, and the only rule that matters right now is blindness. Four viewers opened the October cycle with first-contact sessions, each working with no knowledge of the target and no exposure to one another's data.

Week one is where protocol earns its keep: the tasking collects raw first impressions across broad perceptual categories, logged independently before any cross-comparison can contaminate the field.

Host Daz Smith is deliberately holding the pieces apart. Early synthesis feels productive and is usually where error enters, so the team sits with separate datastreams until later weeks add movements and retasking.

For members, the value is procedural as much as perceptual: watch how a disciplined team handles a blank target, how individual working styles differ under identical conditions, and how restraint functions as method. The comment thread is open for pattern-spotting, with the viewers themselves sealed off from it.

Process Notes

This is the week one check-in for the October 2026 Down the Rabbit Hole monthly cycle. Susan, Coral, Dimi, and Dennis each presented first-contact work.

Cadence

  • One target per month, with weekly check-ins across the cycle.
  • This installment is week one: first contact, with no prior exposure to the target anywhere on the team.
  • Week two returns the viewers under new movements and tasking designed to push past initial impressions.

Protocol

  • All viewers work blind to the target and blind to each other's data.
  • Week one collects broad first impressions before any focusing is applied.
  • Retasking enters only after initial data is on record, to direct attention rather than to shape it.
  • Member theories are welcome in the comments; the viewers remain isolated from that discussion.

Why watch the check-in video

  • The presentations are the payload. Delivery, caveats, and working style carry information that any summary flattens.
  • Week one builds the baseline you will use to judge convergence across weeks two through four.
